CyberMail Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026

DADavisDesign CyberMail ("CyberMail") is a desktop application published by DADavisDesign LLC ("we"). This policy explains what the app does with your information.

What CyberMail accesses

When you add an account, you sign in with Google or Microsoft in your own browser. With your permission, CyberMail accesses your email messages, calendar events and contacts, including contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, birthdays and photos, so it can display them and let you send, organize, edit and delete them.

Where your data is stored

All of this data is stored only on your computer. CyberMail talks directly from your computer to Google or Microsoft. We do not operate servers that receive, store or process your email, calendar or contacts, and we cannot see them.

What we do not do

Sender logos

If "Show sender logos" is enabled in Settings, CyberMail requests a website icon for the sender's domain name (for example, "example.com") from a public icon service (DuckDuckGo). Only the domain name is sent, never message content or your address. You can turn this off in Settings.

Google user data

CyberMail's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sign-in tokens

Sign-in tokens are stored on your computer so you stay signed in. You can remove an account in CyberMail at any time (gear icon, Accounts), and you can revoke access in your Google Account (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or Microsoft account settings.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling CyberMail and deleting its data folder removes everything it stored. Items you delete inside CyberMail are also deleted from your Google or Microsoft account.
