By installing or using DADavisDesign CyberMail ("CyberMail"), published by DADavisDesign LLC, you agree to these terms.
Use of the app
CyberMail is provided to help you read and manage your own email, calendar and contacts. You may use it only with accounts you own or are authorized to use, and in line with your email provider's terms.
Your accounts and data
You are responsible for your accounts and for the actions you take in the app, including deleting messages, events or contacts, which are also deleted from your provider account. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
No warranty
CyberMail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep backups of important information.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DADavisDesign LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages or loss of data arising from use of CyberMail.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
